Parris Fellowship is a leadership and personal development experience that nurtures confidence\, curiosity\, and community leadership through immersive learning\, family engagement\, and cultural exploration. \nWhat you should know: \n1. Our approach centers on convening rather than directly running a program. \n2. We are building a “pipeline” concept: younger students are introduced to options and skills\, with the opportunity to continue involvement as teens\, ultimately graduating into more sophisticated opportunities. \n3. Looking to have two sets of informal but consistent gatherings for students age 10-12\, and another with youth ages 13-19. \n4. Experimentation and learning will drive program evolution over the next 6–7 months. \n5. Convening Youth Service Providers 3-4 time a year.
